THE ROLE & TEAM

As an integral part of the People Team the People Operations Coordinator will provide exceptional support to the whole organisation by acting as the first point of contact for resolving any questions and queries.

This role will be based out of our Manchester office. We offer hybrid working to ensure work life balance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this varied and meaningful role, based in our Manchester office, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for colleagues and managers across the firm, ensuring everyone receives timely support and a great experience. Key Responsibilities include:

·         Act as the central support hub for all colleague and Manager queries across the organisation

·         Manage our People inbox and ensuring responses are timely, accurate and helpful

·         Prepare contracts and process employment changes; keeping employment records accurate

·         Ensure our policies and People information are up to date and accessible

·         Deliver seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new starters

·         Administer colleague benefits (healthcare benefits, flexible working requests, additional leave, etc.)

·         Support People Business Partners, Advisors and the wider team with projects, including the implementation of our new HRIS

·         Complete all reference requests for leavers

·         Support the People Team with projects

·         Provide insight to help improve and elevate the People experience

ABOUT YOU

·         Previous experienced in HR Administrator position

·         Studying CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous

·         Detaildriven with strong organisational skills

·         Confident using HR systems (experience with Sage People is a bonus)

·         A clear communicator, both written and verbal

·         Warm, approachable and great at building relationships

·         Curious, adaptable and eager to learn

·         A natural team player with a cando mindset
