The People Operations Coordinators are the first point of contact for Alteryx employees who require assistance with HR-related processes and associate life cycle programs. They are responsible for answering employee questions submitted to People Services, providing HR business process support, troubleshooting system issues, updating and maintaining employee data, and answering and directing HR policy/process-related questions using documented HR desktop procedures and existing HR knowledge base. The people operations associate is also responsible for improving processes and creating new knowledge base articles that support efficiency and scalability. This role requires moderate supervision, and while most tasks and problems are routine, interpretation or deviation from standard procedures may be necessary in unique cases under the supervision of team leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Administration: Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
  • Manage and respond to employee questions submitted through the HR service center
  • Maintain employee records including personal, job, and employment contract information
  • Run basic workforce reports out of Workday
  • Perform data audits to maintain and ensure quality of HR processes
  • Leverage and contribute to the creation of HR knowledge base for employee self-service and employee case response.

Required Experience:

  • 3 years of general experience or 2 years functional experience
  • Experience creating great customer experiences
  • Delivering tasks with attention to detail, following through to completion
  • Demonstration of handling confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to follow documented work instructions to consistency and quality of work product
  • Experience building an understanding and applying company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent, 2 year degree preferred
