What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a People Operations Generalist to run the day-to-day of our People Operations department. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes owning their work end to end: payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and being the first person our team members and General Managers come to when they need something. You will work alongside our Director of People Operations and Training & Development, with real ownership from day one. If you would rather go find the answer than wait for someone to hand it to you, you will do well here.

We’d Love for You to Apply with Us as a People Operations Generalist Candidate if:
  • You figure things out. When something lands on your desk that you have never seen before, your instinct is to go find the answer rather than ask who has it.
  • You bring solutions, not just problems. You would rather walk in with a recommendation than a question.
  • You own your work end to end and you close loops. Things do not sit.
  • You like being the person people come to, and you can make a complicated answer simple for whoever is asking.
  • You are organized and good with deadlines and details. Payroll runs every two weeks and it has to be right.
  • You handle confidential information the way it deserves to be handled.
  • You pick up new systems quickly. We use ADP, Harri, and Google Suites LMS, and you will own them.
  • You are bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • You are looking for an on-site role in our Austin office, with occasional visits to our restaurants.
  • You want to build real depth across HR, not just work through a task list.
  • You inspire others with a thirst for excellence and achieving goals.
