Responsibilities Include:
Leading recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and hiring
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
Organizing employee training and development initiatives
Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies
Supporting employee relations and fostering team morale
Managing HR documentation and systems
Taking initiative on people-related projects and process improvements
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in HR, people operations, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
