Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and process-driven People Operations professional to support the delivery of efficient, accurate, and scalable services across the employee lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving excellence across People systems and processes, with a strong focus on Workday execution, data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement. You’ll contribute to ensuring high-quality data, robust governance, and consistent, compliant operational outcomes.

As a trusted subject matter expert in Workday transactions and processes, you’ll help shape and enhance how People Operations functions at HUB24, supporting scalability and ongoing improvement across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, contracts, and offboarding

  • Prepare and issue employee documentation

  • Manage People & Culture queries via shared inbox and support channels

  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, including files and documentation

  • Partner with People Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure seamless process handoffs

  • Execute Workday transactions in line with governance, approvals, and timelines

  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity across Workday and associated systems

  • Support position management and organisational structure updates in Workday

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data or system issues, escalating where required

  • Contribute to data governance frameworks, controls, and audit readiness

  • Assist with regular and ad hoc People & Culture reporting

  • Support the maintenance of reporting frameworks, data definitions, and governance standards

  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardise processes

  • Support system enhancements, including testing and implementation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in People Operations, HRIS or P&C shared services

  • Hands-on experience with a HRIS (Workday highly desirable)

  • Proven experience executing employee lifecycle transactions within a HRIS

  • Strong focus on data accuracy, integrity and attention to detail

  • Experience supporting reporting, data validation or analytics (highly desirable)

  • Exposure to system testing, process improvement or HRIS change activity (desirable)

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Systems thinker with curiosity for how processes and data interac

  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset

  • Service-oriented with a focus on quality and responsivenes

  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
