Role overview:
We are looking for a People Operations Associate to support the administration of the employee lifecycle across the company. This role will assist with onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, commission tracking, and HR operations, ensuring internal people processes remain organized, accurate, and efficient.
You will work closely with Operations, Legal, Finance, and leadership teams to maintain employee records, payroll inputs, and operational workflows across a global team.
Given the nature of the work, the role requires a high level of integrity, discretion, and strict confidentiality, particularly when handling employee information, payroll data, and compensation records.

Key responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding
Coordinate onboarding of new hires across multiple jurisdictions.
Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure required forms are completed.
Set up employee profiles in HR and payroll systems.
Coordinate creation of employee work accounts and system access.
Maintain onboarding checklists and documentation.
Employee Offboarding
Manage offboarding procedures and documentation.
Coordinate final payroll calculations including unused leave and final settlements.
Ensure timely revocation of system access and completion of offboarding records.
Payroll Coordination
Prepare payroll inputs for monthly payroll processing.
Coordinate with global payroll providers such as Deel, Rippling, Vensure, or similar platforms.
Track compensation changes including salary adjustments, bonuses, and allowances.
Review payroll summaries for accuracy and maintain payroll documentation.
Commission & Sales Incentive Tracking
Track and calculate sales commissions tied to closed deals.
Maintain commission tracking spreadsheets and internal records.
Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to verify deal information used for commission calculations.
Ensure commissions are accurately reflected in payroll payouts.
HR Records Management
Maintain employee records and internal HR documentation.
Update employee information including compensation changes, role updates, and location changes.
Ensure HR records remain organized and accurate.
Process Documentation
Maintain internal workflows and checklists for onboarding, payroll, and offboarding processes.
Support improvements to People Operations processes and documentation.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, payroll administration
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and documentation skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks
Ability to handle confidential employee and company information with strict discretion and integrity
Experience working on HR topics for US-based employees
Candidates based in the Philippines are preferred
Preferred skills
Experience supporting global payroll or distributed teams
Experience coordinating payroll inputs or compensation tracking
