Design and execute initiatives that drive employee engagement and reinforce DailyPay’s core values
Collaborate with the People Ops team to deliver a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience that welcomes new hires into our mission
Act as a strategic partner to our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), providing the operational support needed to plan impactful events and foster inclusive communities
Interface with the Corporate Communications team to ensure all internal messaging is consistent, transparent, and resonates with our unique culture
Deploy a semi-annual employee experience survey while constantly looking for "moments that matter" in the employee lifecycle to improve satisfaction and retention
Learn and master the backend of a high-performing People Ops machine—from HRIS data integrity to compliance and policy support
Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in HR, People Ops, Recruiting, Events or a similar people-focused role
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
You have an eye for detail and can write internal communications that are both professional and personable
You are eager to learn the "how" behind People Operations while never losing sight of the "why" (our people)
You don't wait for a manual; you see a gap in the employee experience and you move to fill it
You love bringing people together and have a knack for organizing events that people actually want to attend
Experience with HR tools (e.g., ADP, Ashby, Culture Amp, Small Improvements)
