As People Operations Associate you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new joiners, setting the tone for their journey at Interpath.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately, ensuring compliance with local and global standards.
- Assist the external Expert Payroll in payroll processing for our entity in France and other international entities (Spain and more to come!) and be the single point of contact for all employee payroll and operational inquiries.
- Partner with People Business Partners to identify and implement process improvements that enhance employee support and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees across regions.
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives including performance management, organisational development, and employee engagement.
- Support and coach junior team members, promoting their development and success within the People team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in People Operations or HR Administration, ideally at a Senior Associate level.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and employment legislation.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills — proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — clear, confident, and people-focused.
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, due to the international scope of the role.
- A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity with professionalism and clarity.
- A collaborative approach and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries.
- High level of discretion and integrity when managing confidential information.
