Responsibilities include:
Work alongside recruiting to serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding candidates after offer acceptance through start date
Communicate clear instructions, deadlines, and expectations to candidates regarding pre-hire requirements
Proactively monitor progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of all pre-employment steps
Coordinate I-9 completion and E-Verify in compliance with federal and state regulations
Enter, verify, and maintain new hire information within HRIS systems
Ensure all hiring and onboarding activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee records
Provide prompt and professional responses to new hire questions and escalate issues when appropriate
Own offboarding process
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of Recruiting and Operation teams
Assist Research Leadership Team in gathering and analyzing materials for quarterly employee reviews, along with additional strategic initiatives across the firm
Assist in the quarterly employee performance review delivery and development of goals
Develop curriculum, research outside sources and manage logistics for all internal training programs
Manage the semi-annual developmental review process
Create and maintain a training & development library and menu of resources for all employees
Coordinate presenters, materials, equipment, and catering for all training sessions
Expand current training & development initiatives to all employees across the firm
Assist team with other projects as needed throughout the year
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Education/background in an HR support role
Someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable presenting to employees and leaders
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Desire to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
