Position Overview
As a People Operations Assistant, you'll be the operational backbone supporting the People Ops team. Your work will ensure seamless daily HR operations, accurate employee data management, and engaging employee experiences—all while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 or more years in HR, administrative support, or office operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva/communication tools a plus.
Core Competencies:
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Discretion handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours & Hours of Operation
Bruceton, TN:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break
This position requires occasional travel to the Milan location.
