The People Operations Analyst reports into the People Operations Manager – Europe, and is responsible for providing project administration support, including the planning, organisation, and execution of various People projects within our European business. This includes managing project timelines, tracking progress, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring successful implementation of new People initiatives. The role requires reporting on project status and outcomes to relevant stakeholders. 

The People Operations Analyst is also responsible for coordinating/delivering People Operations audits, and supporting with People Administration and ad-hoc People Operations tasks.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.

 

  • Partner with the Head of People Operations and People Operations Manager to ensure operational efficiency, communication, and alignment across our European People Team for effective delivery of activities
  • Coordinate People processes and calendars
  • Prepare high-impact presentations and reports as required
  • Assist in managing special projects and initiatives across the People function spanning across several pillars, Reward & Remuneration, People Experience, Learning & Development, People Operations, Talent, Planning and Organisational Design
  • Coordinate relevant training for local & Central teams
  • Assist with business requirements gathering
  • Support People Operations Manager and People teams in business change activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders at various level of seniority and act as a bridge between People and other departments
  • Analyse data related to People KPIs, to assess the impact of our People Project Delivery
  • Attend meetings, document minutes, and follow up on project action points with relevant stakeholders
  • Support regular audits to ensure data accuracy, correct data processing and processes/services are followed
  • Take on other responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as from time to time advised:
    • Manage Consultants
    • Weekly Newsflash
    • Support with People Administration as and when required
  • Daily triaging of cases

 


 

About You

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

 

  • Project management skills: Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints. A Project Management qualification is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills: Effectively communicating project updates, expectations, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical skills: Gathering, analysing, and interpreting People data to inform decision-making.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in project documentation, data, and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities.
  • People knowledge: Understanding of core People functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a People function is desirable.
