We’re seeking an organized and people-oriented People Operations Analyst who will play a central role in building and sustaining a strong, inclusive, and high-performing organization. Reporting to the Director, Finance & Operations, the Analyst will own and advance core people/HR operations functions, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding and offboarding, performance management processes, benefits administration support, and culture and staff engagement initiatives. The People Operations Analyst is a close partner to managers and staff across PPG, translating values and strategy into clear, consistent people/HR practices. The Analyst combines strong operational execution with a people-centered lens, helping staff thrive while supporting the organization’s growth and evolution.Responsibilities
Talent Lifecycle & Staff Experience- Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, tracking applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers and hiring committees to run consistent, equitable, and timely hiring processes.
- Lead and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of logistics, systems access, documentation, new hire orientation, and exit processes.
- Coordinate organization-wide performance management processes, including timelines, documentation, manager support, and tools for goal setting, feedback, and professional growth.
- Assist with training logistics and learning initiatives that support staff and manager development.
- Help design and coordinate staff experience and culture-building initiatives—such as engagement activities, retreats, and recognition efforts—that foster connection, inclusion, and belonging across a distributed team.
- Support internal communications related to people operations, including policy updates, key deadlines, and organizational announcements.
People/HR Administration- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, including onboarding, training, and leave tracking.
- Support benefits administration in collaboration with the Director, Finance & Operations and PPG’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
- Serve as a first point of contact for staff questions related to HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed and identifying opportunities to improve and clarify policies and procedures over time.
- Monitor and track regulatory and policy compliance across HR functions.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.
- Support special projects related to organizational growth, culture, and people operations.
General Operations & Administrative Support- Help manage office operations, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Aid planning and execution of logistics for team travel, convenings, and events, as well as creating and distributing team swag items and PPG collateral.
- Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
- Assist in drafting internal reports, policies, and procedural documentation.
- Provide analytical support and reporting on operational metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in people operations, human resources, operations, or a related role.
- Experience supporting recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems, payroll or benefits platforms, and compliance workflows (direct expertise not required, but comfort learning systems is important).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and comfort with other technology tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel 3-5 times per year.

Compensation: The salary for this role is $100,000 plus benefits. We offer a comprehensive, people-first benefits package to support the well-being of our team and their families.
