As our People Operations Analyst for Axis People, you will run the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our external clients in the United States. Axis People operates as a strategic staffing and recruitment agency, meaning you will manage diverse vacancies across multiple industries and business sectors in the U.S.
You will be the bridge between top-tier talent and our U.S. clients, managing everything from sourcing to deep competency interviews through Trakstar. Beyond international recruiting, you will play a key role in our local operations, utilizing your knowledge of Ecuadorian labor laws to support onboarding, contract management, and local HR administrative workflows.

Conduct full English interviews to evaluate candidate experience, technical skills, communication style, and alignment with our U.S. clients' specific corporate cultures.
Manage candidates, stages, and workflows inside Trakstar (ATS), ensuring a flawless data trail and an exceptional candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews and maintain seamless communication between candidates, U.S. hiring managers, and corporate clients.
Prepare structured candidate shortlists, analytical interview notes, and executive summaries for client review.
Support internal and client onboarding processes, ensure proper documentation, and apply Ecuadorian labor legislation for local hiring structures, payroll inputs, and contract management.
