What’s the role?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated People Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in previous operations role/s with global overview and demonstrates a proactive ,can-do attitude. This role requires excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, a well as the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.


What will you do?

  • Oversee day-to-day P&C operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all P&C processes globally.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and HRIS system.
  • Handle employee relations queries and issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of P&C policies and procedures.
  • Understand and maintain as well as update Global and local P&C policies to ensure they are compliant with local and international regulations.
  • Assist with the management of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment efforts, where required.
  • Collaborate with multicultural teams to promote an inclusive and positive work environment.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in P&C/HR operations role/s.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take on tasks that may not be second nature and tackle challenges head-on. 
  • A willingness to gain an understanding of international labour laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (i.e. BambooHR is an advantage) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skiils and a can do attitude
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
