What You'll Do:
Engagement and analytics

Help prepare and run the yearly employees satisfaction survey.

Analyze results and pull out clear, useful insights.

Build well-structured slides that make the findings easy to understand and act on.
Follow-through and coordination
-
Track promised actions and keep a clear view of what is on track and what is slipping.

Follow up with our HR leadership and our HR business partners to move actions forward, and bring the right people together to get things unblocked.

Drag projects along to completion - chase, structure and finalize so things actually land.

Keep trackers, decks and materials organized and up to date.
People & Recruiting operations support

Support and coordinate the approval process for new vacancies , keeping it moving and making sure the right people are involved at the right time.

Act as a connector across teams - bringing people together and keeping communication flowing.

Take on further recruiting operations support as the scope develops.
Wellbeing and HR operating rhythm
-
Support the wellbeing rollout: comms, nudges, and collecting feedback.

Help prepare our monthly HR Meetings and supporting materials.
What You Need For This Role:

Recent graduate or early-career; some prior work experience (internship, working student, or similar) is a plus.

An interest in the human side of work; some exposure to business or organizational psychology is a plus.

A genuine love of working with others - energized by people, collaboration and connecting teams.

Real ownership and drive - you take things to the finish line and don't need micromanaging.

A problem-solving attitude - you work things out, get past obstacles, and keep things moving.

Good slide-building skills, or a clear eye for turning information into clean, structured slides.

Comfortable with data and analytics - able to work through numbers and spot the story they tell.

Structured and reliable, with strong attention to follow-through - you keep things organized and nothing drops.

Curious and open to learning about different topics and happy to help where needed.
