We are seeking a highly capable P&C Technology & People Analytics Manager to lead the optimisation, embedding and strategic use of our P&C technology landscape, while lifting workforce data, analytics and reporting capability across the organisation.

This is a hands‑on role that blends systems expertise, workforce analytics and commercial insight. You will play a critical role in supporting new HR technology implementation, improving existing platforms, strengthening workforce insights and partnering closely with Finance, Payroll and IT.

Key responsibilities

P&C technology implementation and optimisation

  • Support the implementation and integration of a new HRIS.
  • Optimise existing P&C platforms to reduce administrative effort and improve user experience.
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities that streamline P&C processes.
  • Drive adoption and embedding of new systems across P&C and the broader business.
  • Conduct regular technology and process reviews to uplift reporting capability and data quality.

HRIS and systems integration

  • Support integration across payroll, finance and identity management systems, including Azure AD.
  • Enable reliable reporting through integration with Power BI and related analytics tools.
  • Partner with IT to maintain clean data architecture, secure data exchange and strong governance.
  • Improve onboarding, offboarding and employment change workflows through system triggers and integration enhancements.

People analytics, reporting and insights

  • Strengthen workforce analytics capability through consistent metrics, dashboards and reporting.
  • Provide insight to support reward, performance and workforce cost cycles.
  • Build and maintain workforce models to support planning, forecasting and decision‑making.
  • Translate data into clear, commercially relevant insights for senior leaders.

Stakeholder partnership

  • Work closely with Finance, Payroll and IT to ensure aligned systems, accurate data and timely reporting.
  • Support P&C leaders and business stakeholders with data‑driven insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on P&C systems capability and workforce data interpretation.

About you

  • Proven experience leading or supporting HRIS implementation and optimisation.
  • Strong technical fluency across HR systems, data integrations and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce analytics, reporting and workforce cost modelling.
  • Comfortable working hands‑on with systems, data and process improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly.
  • Commercially minded with a practical, outcome‑focused approach.
