As part of the Human Resources Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for executing multiple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all categories of HR services, including onboarding, output, data maintenance, reporting, metrics and much more. Develop a deep understanding of the company's HR operations systems and processes.

 

As a Human Resources Shared Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing one or more HR Operations processes.

  • Managing service delivery metrics and/or performance of external providers in relation to assigned processes.

  • Leading increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area(s).

  • Promoting a culture of excellence in customer service and continuous improvement of processes, offering the best possible service.

  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and Baker Hughes policy.

  • Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through good interpersonal skills and proactive communication.

  • Building and sharing the area of experience; keep up to date with internal and external updates and changes.

  • Providing ad hoc operational support for the assigned process.

 

 

To be successful in this position you will:

  • Be a Professional in Psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law and/or related careers

  • Have previous professional work experience (internships may be included).

  • Have an advanced level of German and English with good oral and written communication skills.

  • Have good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to organize and analyze data.

  • Have an excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate customer needs with a high level of responsiveness.

  • Demonstrate rapid learning capacity and great adaptability.

  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Preferably previous experience managing processes at Workday.
