The People and Culture Engagement Partner is responsible for cultivating a positive associate experience across the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding to separation. This role drives engagement and an inclusive workplace culture by connecting teams, leading associate surveys and recognition programs, and supporting Inclusion & Belonging efforts. This position also partners across People & Culture functions to deliver associate-centered programs, ensure compliance, and elevate employee voices through strategic communications and learning support.

What You'll Do

  • Lead employee experience programs – Own onboarding, engagement, recognition, and cultural initiatives that make work meaningful.
  • Champion inclusion and belonging – Drive campaigns and support resource groups to foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Amplify employee voices – Manage surveys, feedback channels, and communications to ensure every perspective is heard.
  • Support learning and growth – Coordinate training programs, create content, and help employees access development opportunities.
  • Partner across HR functions – Collaborate on benefits, rewards, and compliance to deliver a seamless People & Culture experience.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development.
  • Proven success in leading engagement initiatives and supporting Inclusion & Belonging efforts, with strong collaboration across HR functions such as Benefits, Compensation, Learning & Development, and People Analytics.
  • Strong project management skills. 

The Hiring Range for this position is $58,020  - $71,950. This position is also eligible for participation in AAA, Inc.'s Annual Incentive Plan.
