To support our next phase, we are seeking an experienced and high-impact People & Culture Business Partner – Recruitment to join our tight-knit People & Culture team. This is a pivotal role, designed to drive a strategic and future-focused approach to talent acquisition. As a trusted Talent Partner, you will own recruitment for senior and critical roles, build strong talent pipelines and drive talent strategies at all levels, influence recruitment activity and approach for hiring managers across the group, elevate employer branding, and champion an exceptional candidate and employee experience. You will work closely with our small People & Culture team, as well as key people across our wider team, helping shape the long-term talent capability of the business while acting as a visible and credible ambassador in the market.
We're looking for a genuinely bubbly and passionate person who brings energy to every conversation. You'll want to make a genuine impact across our growing business, enjoy taking ownership and putting your hand up to help, while becoming a true ambassador and face of a trusted brand. You'll also have a natural tech-savviness, high attention to detail, and a innate passion for pushing the benchmark when it comes to candidate experience.
In your role, you can expect to own:
- Our talent pipeline for key roles
- Recruitment and onboarding systems, resources and workflows
- Recruitment of senior roles and mid-level critical roles, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders
- External employer branding positioning and consistency
- New hotel recruitment and company induction support
- Exit interview process enhancement and execution
- Succession planning and talent progression identification
- Recruitment compliance and communication
- Other tasks and projects in collaboration with our P&C
