People & Culture Business Partner opportunity
6-Month Fixed Term | Wellington CBD

Mō te tūranga | About the role 

We're partnering with a well-regarded organisation in the education sector to recruit an experienced People & Culture Business Partner for a six-month fixed-term opportunity.

Joining a supportive and collaborative People & Culture team, you'll work closely with leaders across the organisation, providing practical people advice and partnering on a range of employment relations, remuneration, and generalist HR initiatives.

This role is available immediately and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Experience operating at Business Partner or senior HR generalist level
• Strong employment relations capability and confidence supporting leaders through complex people matters
• Experience working with remuneration frameworks, salary reviews, or job evaluation processes
• Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to culturally responsive practice
