Hybrid Work Model (3 days a week onsite/ 2 days remote)
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
The P&C Business Partner provides day‑to‑day People & Culture support across the region, ensuring consistent execution of HR processes, high‑quality employee experience, and timely resolution of people‑related needs. This role works closely with the Regional People Lead to support leaders and colleagues and maintain compliance with policies and employment practices.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a day‑to‑day resource for leaders on people‑related questions and operational People & Culture needs
- Use insights to recommend process improvements and highlight emerging risks or opportunities.
- Support leaders in implementing performance, development, and engagement practices.
- Conduct initial fact‑finding for employee relations issues and escalate appropriately.
- Support the rollout of global People & Culture programs and tools within the region.
- Support leaders in documenting performance concerns, coaching conversations, and follow‑up actions.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage and execute tasks within the regional P & C calendar (performance cycles, surveys, compliance training).
- Remind leaders of upcoming deadlines and ensure timely completion.
- Promote well-being activities and resources across the region.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze HR data to support decision‑making and identify trends (e.g., turnover, ER cases, onboarding metrics, engagement indicators).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across P & C systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- HR Business Partner experience
- Proven ability to coach and influence others at varying levels through complex, difficult and emotional issues
- Experience making recommendations to effectively resolve issues by using judgement that is consistent with our values, standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation and government law
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, taking initiative and following through on commitments
- Ability to analyze various types of data tied to business strategies, progress and outcomes, to make informed recommendations to drive business results
- Experience working in a matrixed organization is preferred
- The ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures that affect the HR functions
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective project/time management, organizational, and presentation skills
- A recognized human resource management qualification (Certificate in HRM, PHR, CHRP, SHRM) is desirable
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years’ progressive experience in human resource management
