What are we looking for?

We are looking for a People & Culture Analyst to join our team and help us strenghten an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to engagement, performance, and growth, while ensuring a structured, compliant, and meaningful employee experience across our organization.

This position is based in Santo Domingo, DN and will act as the primary on-site contact for day-to-day People & Culture needs, supporting both local and remote employees. Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:

    • Serve as the main People & Culture contact for local and remote employees, supporting HR needs and inquiries.
    • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation to support audits and reporting.
    • Administer HR systems and ensure compliance with Dominican labor laws and internal policies.
    • Support office operations and workplace logistics, helping create an organized and welcoming environment.
    • Coordinate performance review cycles, learning initiatives, and training documentation.
    • Execute engagement programs, employee surveys, and wellness or recognition activities.
    • Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, announcements, and employee spotlights.
    • Prepare compensation reports, salary benchmarking data, and people analytics dashboards.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring processes and employer branding efforts.
    • You may also support small culture initiatives, assist with People analytics insights, and help improve documentation and HR processes as our team scales.

You will shine if you have:

    • 3–7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar roles.
    • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
    • Strong knowledge of Dominican labor law and local employment procedures.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS, and ATS tools.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, act with integrity, and manage multiple priorities.
    • A people-first mindset and genuine interest in fostering engagement and growth.
    • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
    • Experience navigating labor laws across LATAM markets, especially in contractor-based or remote workforce environments, will be a nice-to-have.
