The Opportunity
Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our team in New Zealand. In this role, you will provide trusted advice and coaching to operational leaders and employees on all Downer people processes and policies. You’ll respond tactically to day-to-day HR and employee relations issues, enabling the business to meet its strategic objectives.
Please note, this opportunity is a part time position offering 20 hours per week. We are open to candidates based in Christchurch or Auckland.
