  • Employee Relations (ER): Serve as the first point of contact for employee and leadership queries. Provide practical advisory support on ER/IR matters, support investigations, and draft ER correspondence in alignment with company policies.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Support business-wide L&D needs, deliver training programs, coordinate performance review cycles, and assist with workforce planning.
  • Culture & Engagement: Help implement initiatives that embed our High Care, High Challenge standard, support employee recognition programs, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • P&C Operations & Analytics: Maintain accurate P&C records, run data reporting/analysis for salary reviews, and support day-to-day payroll-related queries in partnership with our Payroll Lead.

To succeed in this role, you bring:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a P&C or HR Advisor role, with hands-on generalist experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, and L&D.
  • Education: An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline (Postgraduate qualification is a bonus!).
  • Industry Background: Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial or comparable environment is strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to simplify complex HR matters into clear, actionable advice for non-HR managers and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving & Data Acumen: Strong organizational skills, data reporting capabilities, and a solutions-focused mindset when managing workplace disputes.
  • Mindset: A continuous growth mindset, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative spirit aligned with our core values.
