Not specified\n\nAdditional Information:\nDevelop and implement the country learning and development framework aligned to business and capability needs  Conduct organisational capability assessments to identify skills gaps and development priorities  Design, deliver training programmes (classroom, digital, blended learning), evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve programme effectiveness.  Oversee the effective utilisation of the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning analytics  Implement talent management frameworks including identification of high-potential employees  Lead the development and execution of succession plans for key and critical roles  Support leadership pipelines through targeted development interventions Implement and continuously enhance the performance management framework  Support business units in goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration processes Develop, maintain, and embed competency frameworks aligned to job families and organisational needs  Facilitate competency assessments, skills audits, and capability reviews  Integrate competencies into recruitment, learning, performance management, and succession planning Design and implement employee engagement strategies, surveys, and action plans Support initiatives that strengthen culture, employee experience, and employee value proposition Support the implementation of organisational change initiatives through structured change management approaches Track and report on key people metrics (learning, performance, talent, engagement)  

Education 
Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or related field.  


Experience
•    At least 7 years in Human Resources with strong exposure to learning & development, talent management, performance management frameworks 
•    Proven track record of implementing people frameworks and programmes at organisational level 
•    Experience in developing and curating learning programs on digital learning platforms 
•    Experience using LMS, HR systems, and analytics tools 
•    Experience in financial services or regulated environments is preferred 
•    At least 2 years’ experience within the Financial Services.

 

Knowledge 
In-depth knowledge in:  
•    Labour law, regulatory requirements, and HR governance frameworks. 
•    Learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning  
•    Talent management, succession planning, and leadership development  
•    Performance management systems and frameworks  
•    HR analytics and workforce insights 
•    Sound understanding of business strategy, financial drivers, and how people enable competitive advantage. 


Skills
•    Ability to facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication 
•    Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
•    Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
•    Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels 
•    Effective project management skills 
•    Proficiency in driving and managing change 
•    Strong analytical and data literacy skills to generate insights through HR analytics, dashboards, and predictive modelling.  
•    Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
