You will be working closely with executive and senior managers to drive the Helping Hand Workforce Strategy, develop, and implement HR initiatives, and to provide expert guidance for HR-related matters across the employee life cycle. The People and Culture Business Partner will have responsibility for discreet portfolios across the organisation, working collaboratively with the broader P&C team to drive the Helping Hand Workforce Strategy and playing a key role in supporting operational outcomes and business success.
