ABOUT OUR SCHOOL: 

St Paul's School is located in the outer northern Brisbane suburb of Bald Hills. It is an Anglican co-educational school from Pre-Prep to Year 12 with an International School.

The People and Culture Adviser partners with leaders in areas such as talent attraction and recruitment, employee relations and other HR operational support.

The role supports the implementation of People and Culture strategies, policies and practices that align with legislative requirements, the School’s Enterprise Agreement, and the Anglican ethos.

The role focuses on:

• Application and interpretation of HR policies, procedures, legislation and industrial instruments.
• Recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• HR data management, HRIS administration and reporting.
• Employee relations and case management support.
• Risk, compliance and WHS support.
• Continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

​​​​​​ABOUT YOU: 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Relevant formal degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• previous experience providing HR advice in a complex or regulated environment.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
• High level of organisational, administrative and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Experience working with HRIS and digital HR platforms.
• Experience working in an educational or school-based environment (highly regarded).
