Manager - Talent Development (m/f/d)

Join our People & Culture (P&C) team as our Talent Development Manager, where we are dedicated to driving employee growth, workforce transformation, and organizational success. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders (e.g., in India, Romania and Germany) to shape the future of talent development at Allianz Services Mauritius, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence.

In this role, you will also manage one team member, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of Talent Development initiatives.

Your Role

As the Talent Development Manager, you will lead the design and execution of the local Talent Development strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global frameworks. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and business partners, driving workforce transformation and employee upskilling initiatives. This role also involves leading key talent projects, delivering innovative learning solutions, and ensuring alignment with Allianz’s global talent agenda.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You will develop and implement the local Talent Development strategy in alignment with business and P&C priorities
• You will translate global frameworks into locally relevant, high-impact programs to address workforce needs
• You will analyse workforce trends, identify skill gaps, and design targeted development programs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team
• You will lead the Growth Portfolio project, including the design and delivery of leadership, functional, and behavioural learning programs
• You will oversee operational training programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements
• You will act as the key liaison between local and global teams, sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with global Talent Development strategies
• You will lead and develop the Talent Development team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous learning
• You will manage governance topics, including audit preparation, compliance plans, and updates to policies and procedures

What You Bring:

• You have 7–10 years of experience in Talent Development and Learning, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing
• You have proven leadership experience within a local entity and the ability to navigate a matrix structure in a global environment
• You have strong project management skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and resources effectively
• You have excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to develop tailored solutions and deliver impactful presentations
• You are proficient in tools such as SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, and Degreed, and can leverage AI to enhance Talent Development solutions
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and are fluent in English and French
