Role Purpose:
As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you
will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent acquisition
efforts. You will hold the primary responsibility of leading and executing
innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various
functions within the company. You will also collaborate with cross-functional
teams to develop and implement cutting-edge approaches to sourcing, selection,
employer branding, and networking with various job agencies to enhance talent
acquisition efforts while also improving the process and efficiency of the
team.
Key Accountability:
- Focus on finding
passive job seekers efficiently, by utilizing modern tools and techniques to
engage potential candidates and building a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate
closely with marketing and HR teams.
- Enhance the
company’s image as an attractive employer.
- Work in
partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, and understand their
specific talent requirements thoroughly.
- Ensure that
recruitment strategies align with the company's broader objectives.
- Establish and
nurture relationships with job agencies and industry networks, which aids in
discovering potential employees.
- Lead negotiations
with job candidates regarding employment offers, whilst ensuring that the offers
are competitive and in compliant with market standards and company policies.
- Employ data and
analytics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Continuously
refine recruitment processes based on data insights.
- Stay updated on
the latest recruitment technologies.
- Implement
automation and AI solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Champion
diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
- Create an
environment that provides equal opportunities for all candidates.
- Prioritize
delivering an exceptional experience to job applicants.
- Actively seek
candidate feedback and implement improvements as needed.
- Identify areas
for process optimization within the talent acquisition team.
- Implement
innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance effectiveness.
- Ensure strict
adherence to employment laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A
master's degree or relevant HR certifications is a plus.
- A demonstrated
track record of at least 5 years of experience in roles related to talent
acquisition or other HR domains such as HR Business Partner, HR Talent
Management, or HR Talent Outreach.
