Manager – Talent Acquisition

We’re looking for a Manager – Talent Acquisition who can lead a small team of recruiters and stay close to the action as an individual contributor. From product engineers to sales hustlers, from data scientists to HR pros—you’ll drive hiring across both tech and non-tech roles that power iamneo’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team—set them up for success and celebrate the wins.

  • Stay hands-on: own end-to-end hiring for critical roles (both tech and non-tech, including leadership positions).

  • Partner with business, product, and functional leaders to understand talent needs and design hiring strategies that work.

  • Build smart sourcing funnels—headhunt, network, and think creatively to attract diverse talent pools.

  • Champion iamneo’s employer brand, making us the destination for ambitious professionals.

  • Use data and metrics to track performance, hiring velocity, and quality-of-hire—then optimize continuously.

  • Keep the candidate experience sharp, engaging, and seamless at every stage.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, across tech and non-tech roles, with proven exposure to team leadership.

  • A strong track record of closing niche, senior, and business-critical roles in high-growth companies.

  • People management and coaching skills—you know how to get the best out of your team.

  • A hands-on recruiter at heart: sourcing, headhunting, and closing are second nature.

  • Data-driven, with a sharp eye for recruitment metrics and process improvements.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bonus: Engineering background or MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes. Extra brownie points for experience in HR Tech, L&D, or EdTech.
