DescriptionObjective:
This position is responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent across multiple brands and departments. This role oversees mid- to senior-level hiring, supports strategic workforce planning, enhances employer branding, and ensures a seamless candidate and onboarding experience in alignment with the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibility:
Strategic Workforce Planning & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level positions across functional areas and geographies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Drive timely closure of open positions within approved timelines and budget parameters.
Talent Sourcing & Headhunting
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, recruitment agencies, and talent pipelines.
- Oversee headhunting and passive candidate outreach for critical and niche roles.
- Engage in talent mapping and market benchmarking for key leadership positions.
Onboarding & Induction Excellence
- Manage pre-onboarding activities including offer letters, documentation, background verification, and coordination with relevant teams.
- Deliver structured induction programs in partnership with L&D, ensuring cultural integration and early productivity of new hires.
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness and support early-stage engagement initiatives to reduce attrition risk.
4. Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to maintain accurate hiring records, reports, and workflows.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source mix, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies, audit standards, and employment laws.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Projects
- Support employer branding initiatives through digital campaigns, career fairs, campus recruitment, and employee referral programs.
- Drive talent acquisition projects such as process enhancements, diversity hiring, and automation initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to elevate hiring performance.
Desired Experience:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong track record in leading end-to-end recruitment preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficient in recruitment technologies including ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR analytics.
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional hiring initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MBA or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
