Description

The Role

The Manager, People and Culture is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality P&C services, providing operational support across the organisation, and ensuring P&C activities align with organisational priorities. The role plans and oversees day-to-day HR operations, manages a team of P&C practitioners, and drives continuous improvement in workforce practices, systems, and processes.

People and Culture Department Overview

The Manager, People and Culture will oversee 2 direct reports – a Senior People and Culture Advisor and a People Services Officer.

This role, along with a Senior Manager, Organisational Development will report into the Director, People and Culture.
