We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management
Consultant with a strong primary skill set in Workforce Management (Goals,
Performance, Talent Review, Succession Management), Workforce Compensation, and
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The ideal candidate will also have a solid
secondary skill set in Core HR and HR Helpdesk. In this role, you will work
closely with our clients to design, implement, and optimize HR processes and
systems, ensuring that they align with their business objectives and enhance
their talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
the design, implementation, and optimization of Workforce Management
solutions, including Goals, Performance, Talent Review, and Succession
Management.
- Implement
and configure Workforce Management, Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting
Cloud (ORC) solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate
with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them
into effective HR solutions.
- Provide
expert advice on best practices in Workforce Management, Compensation, and
Recruiting processes.
- Support
and optimize Core HR functions, ensuring seamless integration with
Workforce Management systems.
- Assist
in the implementation and support of HR Helpdesk solutions, providing
guidance on system configurations and processes.
- Conduct
system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure
the smooth operation of implemented solutions.
- Develop
and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users and client teams.
- Work
closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure
successful project delivery.
- Stay
current with the latest features and trends in Oracle HCM Cloud and
related HR technologies to continually enhance the value delivered to
clients.
Requirements
- Minimum
of 8-10 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on
Workforce Management (Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession
Management), Workforce Compensation, and ORC.
- Strong
secondary skill set in Core HR and HR Helpdesk.
- Proven
experience in leading complex HR system implementations and optimizations.
- Excellent
problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements
into technical solutions.
- Strong
communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and
cross-functional teams.
- Ability
to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Oracle
Cloud certifications related to Workforce Management, Compensation, and
Recruiting are highly desirable.
- Experience
with HR analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
