DescriptionAs part of the CHRO Office, the Manager – HR will serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO by driving people insights, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role is responsible for developing and monitoring HR dashboards, analyzing workforce trends, measuring HR effectiveness, and delivering actionable recommendations that support talent, organizational, and business strategies.
ResponsibilitiesHR Analytics & Insights
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide HR dashboards and workforce analytics reports.
- Analyze workforce trends including headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, diversity, internal mobility, and employee engagement.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for the CHRO and HR Leadership Team.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify workforce risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Present analytical findings to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.
HR Dashboarding & Reporting
- Work with HR Technology and HR Shared Services teams as required, to design and automate HR dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all reporting systems.
- Standardize HR metrics and establish enterprise reporting frameworks.
- Monitor key HR KPIs and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership.
Organizational Effectiveness Analytics
- Support organizational effectiveness initiatives through data-driven insights and market understanding.
Governance & Data Management
- Establish HR data governance standards and reporting protocols.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
- Partner with HRIS teams to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR analytics methodologies and reporting processes.
Executive & Board Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce reports for the CHRO, Executive Committee, and Board.
- Develop executive presentations highlighting workforce trends, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Support CHRO-led strategic projects and transformation initiatives through analytics and data insights.
QualificationsCandidate Requirement
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics, HR Strategy, HR PMO, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, or Consulting.
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in HR, Business, or related field) from a reputed institution preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and executive dashboard development.
- Experience managing strategic HR projects and driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
