We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition along with key responsibilities in L&D and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in hiring strategies, be passionate about people development, and capable of designing initiatives that foster a high-performance, motivated workforce.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Manage and nurture relationships with recruitment partners and consultants.
Monitor and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and quality of hire.
Conduct training needs analysis in consultation with department heads.
Design and roll out training calendars and learning modules (internal & external).
Organize soft-skills, technical, and compliance-related training sessions.
Measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance improvements.
Drive leadership development and capability-building programs.
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s values and culture.
Plan and execute engagement events, recognition programs, and communication forums.
Conduct regular feedback mechanisms (surveys, one-on-ones) and propose actionable insights.
Support employee wellbeing, inclusion, and team-building efforts across locations.
