Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition along with key responsibilities in L&D and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in hiring strategies, be passionate about people development, and capable of designing initiatives that foster a high-performance, motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with recruitment partners and consultants.

  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and quality of hire.

Learning & Development:

  • Conduct training needs analysis in consultation with department heads.

  • Design and roll out training calendars and learning modules (internal & external).

  • Organize soft-skills, technical, and compliance-related training sessions.

  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance improvements.

  • Drive leadership development and capability-building programs.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s values and culture.

  • Plan and execute engagement events, recognition programs, and communication forums.

  • Conduct regular feedback mechanisms (surveys, one-on-ones) and propose actionable insights.

  • Support employee wellbeing, inclusion, and team-building efforts across locations.



Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in HR roles, with at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition.

  • Exposure to Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Project-based industries preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-driven, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
