What is the opportunity?
As the Marketing Manager of Digital on our Employer Brand team, you’ll be responsible for shaping and elevating our employer brand presence across all digital touchpoints. You’ll be an integral part of the development and improvement of our careers website to attract and retain top talent. You’ll be responsible for bringing Employer Brand campaigns to life through the careers site, external job boards, and third-party platforms by creating and managing content within the CMS and ensuring a seamless candidate journey. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employer Brand, you’ll be a part of a high-performing, collaborative team who are contributing to a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. What will you do?
- Working closely with the Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of our employer brand digital strategy across our channels including careers website, social media, and job boards.
- Own and continuously optimize the careers website to ensure best-in-class, candidate experience that drives engagement and conversion.
- Manage our employer brand presence across digital channels, ensuring consistent compelling storytelling aligned with our brand voice.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and leadership teams to align messaging and campaigns across all digital touchpoints.
- Map and analyze the candidate journey to identify opportunities to improve engagement, reduce friction, and attract top talent.
- Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our employer brand fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital performance across all channels, providing regular insights, recommendations, and improvements to the candidate experience and drive measurable impact on talent attraction.
What you need to succeed?
Must have:
- 5+ years of marketing experience with proven expertise in managing and optimizing content through content management systems.
- Proven ability to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of career websites to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Experience conducting research with a strong understanding of digital user journeys and website experiences, including how candidates interact with career sites and online content.
- Translate our employer brand into compelling, consistent digital content across career site and related platforms.
- Leadership experience working closely with talent acquisition, communications, external agencies, and cross-functional teams to communicate business value and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and digital content optimization to improve digital engagement and content performance.
- Proven ability to use data and insights to optimize content, navigation, and performance.
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Phenom CMS or similar recruitment platforms.
- Experience working with CRM platforms to support candidate engagement and email marketing initiatives.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud tools that support digital content creation and website publishing.
- Working knowledge of HTML and front-end web editing.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across paid, social media and job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
