Hiring Accounts & Purchase Executive in Gurugram

Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring an experienced Accounts & Purchase Executive for one of its reputed clients in the Interior Design & Turnkey Projects industry based in Gurugram.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in accounts, purchase, vendor management, procurement, GST, TDS, and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting processes while effectively coordinating with vendors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

  • Maintain daily accounting transactions using Tally Prime / ERP
  • Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records
  • Process vendor payments and reconcile supplier accounts
  • Prepare GST and TDS data and coordinate statutory compliance
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records
  • Generate MIS reports for management
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Purchase

  • Source materials from approved vendors
  • Obtain quotations and compare supplier pricing
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Coordinate procurement of construction and interior materials
  • Follow up on timely material deliveries
  • Maintain vendor database and supplier documentation
  • Monitor inventory and stock availability
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for procurement planning

  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred
