Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance across GC
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Localize and execute global learning programs in GC, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategies while tailoring content to regional requirements.
Manage the end-to-end GC Grads Program, including recruitment, onboarding, rotation planning, training plan and performance assessment.
Lead the end-to-end performance management process in GC, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, calibration, and continuous feedback culture.
Collaborate with HRBP and business leaders to support talent development strategies, succession planning, and high-potential talent identification.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or other related major;
5+ years’ work experience in training field plus at least 3 years’ as people manager in MNC;
Strong project management, problem solving and training facilitation skills;
Good analytical thinking and planning skill, well structured articulation and commander in lecture building,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mind-set;
Capable to work independently and detail oriented;
Good English, both written and oral;
