Learning & Talent Development Specialist

Located in our international Headquarters in Hoofddorp, you’ll contribute in shaping the future of how we grow and develop our people at Basic-Fit. In this role, you’ll drive key learning and talent initiatives, from optimising our performance and talent processes to developing impactful learning journeys for our teams and managers.
You’ll work closely with our business and HR colleagues across Europe to turn learning needs into tangible action — ensuring our people have the tools, skills, and support they need to thrive.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and improve talent processes such as the performance cycle and talent review.
Analyse data and share insights to strengthen talent development.
Manage and optimise learning platforms (GoodHabitz, LinkedIn Learning) and promote new initiatives to increase usage across our organisation.
Design and roll out impactful learning programmes, including our Middle Manager Enablement initiative.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align development needs with organisational goals.
Drive projects from idea to execution with autonomy, ownership, and a focus on results.
Who Are You?
You’re proactive, curious, and love driving change that helps people grow. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and bring structure where needed — without losing sight of impact. You’re a team player who’s not afraid to take ownership and make decisions.
Additionally, we're looking for someone who is:
3–5 years of experience in HR projects, with a focus on learning and/or talent management.
Strong understanding of HR processes such as performance management, skills development, and talent reviews.
Experience with learning platforms or LMS tools.
Strong project management skills — able to plan, execute, and deliver.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset: you see what’s needed and make it happen.
Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
