Key Responsibilities

Program & Training Delivery

  • Assist in the delivery of talent programs, leadership training sessions and associate learning in China.
  • Monitor performance using metrics and data analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support data collection and reporting to track effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate best practices and continuous improvement into Talent Development and Learning & Development programs.

HRVP Assistant Support

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the HRVP, including calendar management, priority alignment, and scheduling of internal/external meetings.
  • Track and follow up on action items assigned by HRVP, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in organizing executive-level events and coordinate logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or L&D roles, with a focus on project management, program delivery, or operations.
  • Proven experience of managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PPT, AI tools.
