The Learning and Talent Development Partner is an individual contributor role responsible for designing, supporting implementation, and administering programs that optimize the use of the organization's human capital. This role focuses on talent assessments, organizational design, succession planning, performance measurement, employee engagement and learning to ensure maximum return from the organization's talent. You will partner with other Learning & Talent Development professionals to support regional and enterprise programs, projects and activities.
The role reports directly to the Learning & Talent Development Head for the Global Portfolio Division.

Base Salary Range:
zł163,400.00 - zł224,730.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
