Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning programs across various formats (e-learning, workshops, coaching, etc.) to address skills gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments in partnership with business leaders to tailor development initiatives.
  • Manage talent review processes, identifying high-potential employees and succession candidates.
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies including leadership programs, career pathing, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to align learning and talent initiatives with organizational strategy and workforce planning.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning and talent development programs using relevant metrics and analytics.
  • Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and ensure up-to-date training records.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning, talent management, and employee development.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and training providers as needed.
  • Prepare and submit HRDC (Human Resources Development Council) grant applications and related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed trackers and reports on HRDC fund usage, ensuring proper allocation and documentation.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders on the end-to-end employee engagement survey process. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development within an HR function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end L&D initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Certified TTT is a plus.
