Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning programs across various formats (e-learning, workshops, coaching, etc.) to address skills gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
Conduct learning needs assessments in partnership with business leaders to tailor development initiatives.
Manage talent review processes, identifying high-potential employees and succession candidates.
Develop and implement talent development strategies including leadership programs, career pathing, and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with management to align learning and talent initiatives with organizational strategy and workforce planning.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning and talent development programs using relevant metrics and analytics.
Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and ensure up-to-date training records.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning, talent management, and employee development.
Manage relationships with external vendors and training providers as needed.
Prepare and submit HRDC (Human Resources Development Council) grant applications and related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed trackers and reports on HRDC fund usage, ensuring proper allocation and documentation.
Work closely with all stakeholders on the end-to-end employee engagement survey process.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development within an HR function.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end L&D initiatives.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
