This role acts as a Center of Excellence (COE) for Edenred Technology, driving strategic initiatives that enhance career development, learning, and cultural integration across global and regional teams.
This role bridges global strategy with local execution, ensuring harmonized and impactful talent development practices.
Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities
Scope: Globally scalable Learning and Talent initiatives for Edenred technology employees.
Key areas of responsibility:
Career Management & Mobility:
- Maintain and upgrade the Tech Career Management Portal, offering visibility into tech roles, competencies, and learning paths.
- Lead initiatives that promote internal mobility, career progression, and transparent development opportunities across business lines. (Review mobility guidelines, Organize career events, Global/Regional Mobility committees etc.)
- Analyze feedback from Engagement Surveys to refine career pathways and address employee development needs.
Learning & Development Programs
- Maintain existing core tech competencies curricula (Agile, Project Management, Operational Excellence, Customer Centricity) through blended learning paths for all tech employees.
- Oversee management development programs for technology employees (both global – group directed, as well as tech specific initiaives).
- Curate and manage tech skills development playlists, eLearnings, and practice workshops tailored to tech professionals’ needs.
- Build and leverage upskills/reskilling resources, platforms and programs
Culture Enablement & Onboarding
- Build and scale Communities of Practice, including toolkits, eLearning modules, and facilitation workshops.
- Lead the Technology Onboarding Process for new hires and managers, ensuring consistent experience and knowledge transfer across regions.
- Process Harmonization & HR Collaboration
- Coordinate with regional HR BPs and tech management to implement harmonized approaches for:
- Annual Performance Calibration
- Engagement Surveys (e.g., Edenvoice)
- Act as liaison between global strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment and adaptability to regional contexts.
Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Reporting
- Contribute to the Tech Talent Development COE’s annual and multi-year plans, including KPIs, budget commitments, and deliverables.
- Monitor program effectiveness and learning completion rates, adjusting strategies based on feedback and performance data.
- Manage Learning and Tech Talent budget
Required skills & profile
- Experience in global corporate environment, working on Talent and Learning topics with international stakeholders, 3-5 years
- Preferably experience in Tech company or environment
- Exposure to change management practices
- Solid Project management experience with global projects
- Facilitation and learning design / delivery, at least 3 years
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Up to date on modern Talent Management interventions and practices
- Big plus, optional : eLearning design (e.g. Articulate)
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools: Excel (at least intermediate), PowerPoint
