Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Support the development, review, and updates for new employee and internship onboarding programs.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain and analyze employee engagement data, regularly updating and publishing engagement dashboards to provide
insights.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning, communication, and on-site execution of various employee events and engagement activities.
- Initiative Development: Contribute to the annual employee engagement survey, analyze results, and help brainstorm/propose future
engagement and recognition programs.
- Internal Communications: Prepare and distribute weekly internal reminders and support other team communication efforts.
Skill Development:
- Gain practical proficiency with essential digital tools including Google Suite, Canva, AI platforms, and data visualization software.
