Contribute to the development of the group-wide Helvetia Baloise Leadership & Talent Development portfolio as part of a team of Leadership and Talent Development experts and in close collaboration with Market Unit COEs
Design and deliver impactful Leadership & Talent Development programs aligned with the organization’s strategy, using cutting‑edge instructional approaches and a strong focus on measurable development outcomes
Continuously enhance Leadership & Talent Development programs by evaluating their effectiveness, integrating best practices, and responding to evolving organizational needs
Contribute to additional Leadership & Talent Development topics and initiatives as they evolve, in line with organizational priorities and team needs
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Market Unit COEs, and leaders to ensure relevance, alignment, and effective implementation of Leadership & Talent Development initiatives
Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and talent development programs within an international, multi‑unit organization, with a strong focus on senior management populations
Strong ability to align leadership and talent development initiatives with business strategy and cultural ambitions, translating strategic intent into impactful development approaches
Deep expertise in instructional design, including blended learning approaches, with a strong track record in defining, measuring, and evaluating learning outcomes to ensure the effectiveness and impact of leadership and talent development programs
