The Role:
Forge Fiber 37 is seeking a Lead Talent Development Consultant to join the team. This individual will support technical training initiatives with an emphasized focus on Mass Markets programs.
The Main Responsibilities
Design and develop training content, materials, and graphics aligned with business needs.
Collaborate and communicate with external vendors to support training development and delivery.
Work independently to drive project completion with minimal supervision.
Provide supervision and mentoring to team members, facilitators, or junior consultants.
Some travel is required to support training programs, vendor coordination, and field operations.
With limited supervision, conducts a variety of training programs supporting processes, products, systems, and/or methodologies that drive corporate results.
Demonstrates the following effective facilitation skills: advanced preparation, clear communication, active listening, teaching through questions, and creating a safe learning environment.
Demonstrate coaching and development of Forge Fiber 37 individual contributors to improve knowledge and skills.
May perform on the job training support activities through experiential learning.
Ability to learn new content quickly and be seen as a credible expert in new class material.
Adapts instruction to individual training needs while maintaining the group’s learning progress.
Build trust with strategic internal customers/partners to establish ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of training events.
Recommend changes to efficiencies, processes, standards, and practices that would improve operational support.
Works cross functionally with multiple teams to ensure training is delivered on time and is impactful.
Maintains records of training activities and employee progress for analysis of trends.
Continually looks to recommend training content improvements to drive successful business outcomes based on Level 1 feedback, program metrics, performance goals, and facilitator observations.
Proactively seeks feedback through observations of live training events.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Experience designing instructional content, graphics, and supporting materials.
Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and cross-functional partners.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently with minimal direction.
Experience supervising, mentoring, or coaching others.
Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
2 - 4 years of related experience.
Experience conducting training in the following capacities: one-on-one, classroom or virtual learning utilizing conferencing tools and forums.
Understanding of how to use effective coaching techniques.
Foundational knowledge of interpreting job related reports.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities, projects, and deliverable of commitments.
Familiarity of Forge Fiber 37’s Products and Services.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$75,000-150,000
