Teach fun, structured martial arts classes for pre\-school aged children<\/span><\/span><\/span> Create a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment<\/span><\/span><\/span> Manage class behavior with confidence and professionalism<\/span><\/span><\/span> Follow academy curriculum and lesson plans (training provided)<\/span><\/span><\/span> Communicate effectively with parents and staff<\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist with student evaluations, events, and promotions<\/span><\/span><\/span> Arrive prepared and on time for all classes<\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, or similar)<\/span><\/span><\/span> Any style of martial arts experience is a plus but we can train youâ<\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong communication and leadership skills<\/span><\/span><\/span> High energy, patience, and professionalism<\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to motivate and inspire young students<\/span><\/span><\/span> CPR\/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)<\/span><\/span><\/span> Background check required<\/span><\/span><\/span>
