HR screening and selecting of potential applicants (1st and 2nd interviews)
The one point of contact with the recruitment agencies
Send weekly updates and constant feedback with the recruitment agencies
Set up all interviews with the relevant managers
Provide job specs and communication to preferred recruitment agencies on available vacancies
Assist and manage website page and current online portal
Update the web pages on a regular basis and ensure that the expired positions are removed
Screening of CV’s and providing feedback to agencies and candidates
Setup relevant tests for screening process
Induction for all GCoE staff
Save all copies of relevant paperwork in the payroll folders for the Payroll Officer
Submission of medical aid transfer, new applications, and addition of dependants to be given to Payroll Manager / Payroll Officer upon new employee’s first day
Collect, capture and follow-up on performance appraisals on a bi-annual basis for all GCoE staff
Assist with all talent acquisition projects for the GCoE
Assist HR / payroll team on projects

What You Bring:
Knowledge & Experience:
Matric or Senior Certification equivalent
HR Degree / Diploma Advantageous
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment
