JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for an experienced and agile People & Culture Business Partner to execute strategic and operational HR strategy and support cross-functionally. This role plays a pivotal role in enabling the business strategy through people, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
You’ll partner closely with Restaurant Support Center (RSC) leaders, cross-functional and cross-brand partners, and the Yum centers of excellence to deliver core people initiatives, drive engagement and culture, and ensure seamless execution of people planning and performance processes.
COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $98,400 to $120,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Proven HR Business Partner or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, multi-market or matrixed organization.
