NEW ROLE DUE TO GROWTH – a RAPIDLY growing technology company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist/HR Generalist for one of their facilities located south of Dallas, TX.

 

SUMMARY:
- Help deliver proactive, day-to-day HR support to one of the company’s facilities located south of Dallas, TX with a heavy emphasis on employee relations/employee engagement 

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Strong employee relations experience – handling simple to complex issues
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Data-driven mindset
